Thus TeleSource was born to temper the exhaustive communication breakdowns in an inherently transactional marketplace, where numerous service providers are involved. Bice discovered that candidates for TeleSource's services were:

• Receiving sub-prime service when they required timely installation or maintenance assistance.
In the current telecommunications environment marked by ongoing mergers and acquisitions, confusion and inconsistent customer service, the need for TeleSource services lives on as our list of satisfied clients continues to grow and our accolades continue to mount.
