Wireless Advisor Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the premier organizations, TeleSource Wireless Management, Inc. in the rapidly expanding corporate wireless expense management industry. TeleSource specializes in wireless expense management and utilizes its proprietary software platform to find and execute meaningful savings for clients. We also provide outsourced equipment and service procurement support, provisioning, asset management, help desk services, VIP care, and wireless contract compliance. We manage wireless services end-to-end for our clients, providing a significant value in wireless savings.
The Wireless Advisor is responsible for reviewing and auditing monthly wireless reports, to ensure completeness and accuracy (using MS Excel). As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, they would contact customers on a regular basis to identify and communicate opportunities to reduce wireless expenses. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. A successful candidate would exhibit effective workload management skills, with the ability to multi-task and complete various job duties by assigned deadlines. The adherence to established quality standards is required. Responsibilities also include the planning and coordinating of new project assignments, development of standardized process documentation for required job functions, providing of ad hoc reports for management, and the monitoring of wireless accounts and usage and change implementation status, on an on-going basis. In the absence of management, the Wireless Advisor will handle escalated customer issues. Other duties as assigned.

Basic understanding of wireless industry and related billing practices. Minimum 2 years wireless carrier billing experience. Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written). 2 years wireless carrier billing experience

Dedicated Account Manager
TeleSource, Inc. is looking for an experienced Telecom Account Manager, capable of developing and growing profitable relationships with TeleSource customers. The successful candidate will work closely with assigned clients, inputting billing data into TeleSource's proprietary Connect software for auditing and optimizing business telecommunications spend and consulting with customers on market intelligence and order management. TeleSource Account Managers also provide project management coordination for new store telco service provisioning, negotiate new services and contract renewals with carriers on behalf of clients and oversee production of monthly and ad hoc reports showing telecom spend, cost center allocations, open disputes with carriers and actualized credits received by customer.
Work experience with customer service responsibilities in other sales, financial, or professional service industries preferred. TeleSource, Inc. is seeking a seasoned telecom sales professional to represent our line of carrier products and services (AT&T, Qwest, Sprint plus several others) in addition to qualifying business clients for our Telecom Expense and Inventory (TEIM) Management family of services. TeleSource offers a variety of TEIM solutions powered by our own proprietary Connect software. The successful candidate will be capable of developing and growing profitable sales relationships with regional business prospects. The sky is the limit for self-starters that are organized, disciplined and focused on quota attainment. Successful candidates will work well with others, provide exceptional attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines.
The Solution Account Executive will identify opportunities and customer requirements leading to the sale of services. A proven track record with previous sales results is preferred.
